Ross Elliott, founder of Water and Stone, and Zina Kralova, a practising sauna master, have been pivotal in shaping the emerging UK sauna culture. Together, they have guided thousands of people through authentic sauna and spa practices, hosting numerous events and specialist workshops. Their expertise has fostered a community that deeply values their profound understanding of sauna and steam traditions, which they share through intricate and meaningful experiences.
As respected members of the British Sauna Society, they are well-known across the UK sauna community for their authenticity, extensive knowledge, and expertise gained through years of hands-on experience and collaborations with some of Europe’s finest facilitators.
